Private User Calculation

Hello everyone,

I am currently subscribed to the Glide Starter plan, which provides 10 private users per month. I would need some clarification on the calculation of private users in the pricing.

In October, I added 10 users to my Airtable. For the month of November, I’m already at 8/10 even though I haven’t added any users.

Does this mean that the calculation is based solely on the number of login sessions and not the number of users in the user table?

So, is it possible to have, for example, 100 users registered in my table, but only 10 of them can actually log in during the month without incurring additional costs?

Additionally, if a user logs in multiple times during the month, is it counted as a single private user, or is each login counted separately?

In summary, I would like to understand if the plan allows me to have up to 100 registered users, but only 10 of them can log in, and if they can log in as many times as they want without incurring additional costs.

Thank you in advance for your clarifications!

Best regards

It’s the number of active users per month across all Apps in your team. An active user is anyone that uses the App during the month whilst signed in. Note that a month in this context is actually a billing period, which in most cases won’t be the same as a calendar month.

Yes.

That user will only be counted once.

Yes, that’s how it works.

Thank you very much!
