Phantom rows in Glide table

What do you do when there are rows in the glide table that can not be deleted and are not synced with sheets?

I need to get rid of the rows but they seem to be non-deletable and are not in sheets BUT are in the glide table and are recognized by the app.

Anyway to clear out a glide table synced with a sheet so they are the same?

If refreshing doesn’t help, try clearing your browser’s cache.

Refreshing worked the first. I got the phantom rows again and tried the refresh technique again - success. I will keep the clear cache in my back pocket if/when required.
