Hard to know if this is unique to my app but I’ve twice lost substantial work on tabs for seemingly no reason (no columns deleted in sheet). They literally reformat themselves. One is a form, the other simple title page. How to go bout investigating?
Do you possibly have 2 browser tabs open in glide editor? Are you editing the same app in 2 browser tabs?
