Pages Missing Components

I second this one - I am in the process of migrating right now and this has come up - not as many options for image display - hopefully it is on the way.

There are so many components that have been moved ‘half’ that it feels good to keep on pointing out the missing bits.

Please also add updating the button layout options - I use all of these but only the first option is currently available in Pages.

Same with me, It is frustrating to be only able to use the in-your-face version.

Oh, and bring back:

  1. “select mode” some how some way.
  2. Ability to drag and drop components directly into app preview.

I’ve been able to approximate this effect using containers with background images holding two Title components that show/hide a “drop-down” menu when clicked. (This is not final artwork, just a placeholder)

Pages maps is missing this ability (which I have to use a web embed to get around – not optimal):

Hi! Can you please to show how to add it?

Gotta keep this thread active!

I get that folks would like checkboxes, and I expect they’ll probably be added at some stage.
But personally I don’t miss them. Checkboxes feel a bit dated to me.
They kinda remind me of some of those horrible web forms from back in the late 90’s.

I was certainly not missing them today while trying to maintain my outdated and unneeded tables…
–and after linking them, the process to delete each one was even more staggering…

hehe, I can relate to that. I’d guess that I have at least 100 or so unused Glide Tables. I’ve gotten into the habit of repurposing old ones instead of creating new ones.

It’s a shame they can’t be more easily removed. I guess they must be cheap :slightly_smiling_face:

A lot of todo apps do have them though

Or a way to upsell

The biggest issue with checkboxes is that they don’t trigger actions. If I could have a checkbox ALSO trigger an action when checked / unchecked, then bring 'em back for sure!

True, that should be the case and feels very logical

Checkboxes are important for businesses. We use them for process forms, they help staff check off each step of a task. Agree added functionality would be useful.

In apps you have much more control over how an image appears …
