Hi
I have an airtable database imported into Glide. All tables are present, but in most of them only 10 rows, but in Airtable much more. I am on free plan and only 3770 rows are used. Please help
Is this a Legacy or New Free plan? Is the data imported into glide tables, or are they still Airtable tables?
It is a free plan
Data for 10 rows is imported. Airtable have much more
That didn’t answer my questions. Is it a Legacy or New plan?
Legacy Free plans only allow for 500 rows, which would explain why your tables only have 10 rows loaded. That is the maximum that will load in each table if you are over the row limit for your plan.
With the New Free plan, I don’t believe Airtable is even available for syncing, or import into glide tables, so I’m not sure how you would be able to get data from Airtable in the first place if you are in fact on a New Free plan.
That’s why I asked about Legacy vs New. That’s the most important question that I would like an answer to. That will largely determine the rest of my questions, or explain what is happening.
My second question is whether or not you imported data into a glide table, or if you are syncing with Airtable. There is a big difference.
Yes I am on Legacy Free plan.
About second question. How I can check is it imported or synced?
If I have such action
does it mean that it is synced?
Ok, so it is syncing with the attached Airtable. The real problem is that you are using a plan that only allows 500 rows. Your airtable has 3770 rows which far exceeds your plan limit of 500 rows.
If you want to continue to use Airtable, you have two options.
- Reduce your data to less than 500 rows.
- Or upgrade to a new plan that allows for 25k rows and allows you to sync with Airtable. The smallest plan that allows that is the Team plan. I suggest you look over the pricing page to understand the limits of each plan.
