I don’t see any settings to change my timezone. All of our records that use date and time are showing US formatting. More importantly, the records I’ve added are showing incorrect date and time. I added a record with the date and time of 9 March 2021 9 AM. But its appearing as 8 March 4:33 AM.

No timezone settings? Dates are incorrect

Check the settings in your underlying Google Spreadsheet (File → Spreadsheet Settings)
