My Glide Account does not have Text Entry. Why?

I created an app and have bee trying to assign Text Entry to a field.
I have only Basic and Computed Columns displaying but the 3rd column to select Text Entry is absent.
Could this be as a result of my account not upgraded?

Can you attach some screenshots? Do you have a Text column in your data?
