I have a samsung android. I restarted it 2x. App keeps saying Error Retry. doesn’t work. I just subscribed 1 hour ago. I’m very frustrated.

I tried logging in but I don’t have access to use your app apparently.
I was just able to get in right now…I hope other member don’t have this same problem. Can someone tell me what happend? Is it because I can’t use my signin email to test out the app on my phone?

Do you happen to have any problematic components that can only work on higher plans? Trying to rule out the possibility that you had a Business trial earlier but now downgrading to Explorer.

What error does it show on your device for these types of components? For meditations, is it audio or video?
