My app is unresponsive

My app is UNRESPONSIVE to everything I’m doing in Airtable - are there issues? It’s literally not syncing anything, and when I try to manually refresh thew sync, I get this error:

Glide could not reload the sheet. Make sure the sheet exists and has not been moved to a different location that causes the Glide login email account to not be able to access the sheet.

HELP!!! Please
