I think i managed to resolve the issue, I had to completely redo the actions, delete all old tasks/fields and trouble shoot it. I also then included in the action to fill in certain fields (didn’t need to before - just did it automatically with this item), but this seemed to work (at least for now). I’m getting this out to 10 users to be alpha testers to see if more bugs come out.
but ultimately, i’ll have to go back to the point of this original thread and get to multiple choice components - either via integromat or wait until Glide allows this feature natively.
