Describe the bug:
If choice component is not set to required: the “no value” dash (-) option is not shown for the style “chips”. For all other styles it is shown
Expected Behaviour:
Chip style should have “no value” option too, when not required.
“No value” is currently seen as “no choices on the screen are selected” in your case. I’m not sure if that’s by design or not because it has always behaved like that.
Will be fixed later today.
