what you are showing on the picture is not a menu… this is a choice component and under you have an inline list, probably inline list is controlled by choice in filter for that list.

As @spencersRus noted above, this is automatically generated by Glide when you used favorites somewhere in that tab, either as a button on a card/tile or as a component in the details view.
