MAJOR BUG with Workflow editing/viewing

Description

  • When I am in the Workflow editor or call edit workflow from the action tab I do not see the correct workflow. I get a generic “Open Detail Screen’. It appears all my workflows are gone BUT the workflows are working from the App so they appear to be ‘disconnected’‘ from the Editor.

How to replicate

  • Open the App as Anika B. Go to Territory tab. Go To Active Meetings collection and view the action for title bar. Edit this action. You will see the dummy workflow. Go back to layout and select the action and you will be taken to a custom screen.

After I opened this bug, I cleared the caches (Safari, Chrome) and rebooted MacOS just for good measure. Then opened Glideapps on both browsers….everything looks correct and it always worked.

Support - please close this.

Also Support - I used the chat feature and the chat agent said I was running under a free version/account owith Glide (I opened the chat box from the App which is under a Business account). I sent a screen shot to the chat/agent. You may want to see what is up with that.
