Is it possible to do a relation and then lookup the value in a user-specific column?
Pull data from Sheet B (which is a user-specific column) into Sheet A.
From the surface it appears it is not possible, as it is impossible to establish a relation between the 2 sheets.
It appears the connection to know which value belongs to which user is deep in Glide and not accessible to formula manipulation.
Just create a template column in each table that contains the email address or UserID of the signed in user, and use those two columns to build the relation.

I was wondering wether it’s possible to creat a Lookup column in the “Users” sheet that shows en each user row the info from a user specific column from another sheet. I only manage to show the data from the user active in the builder and I would like to see them all? Is that possible? Thanks in advanced

No, that’s not possible.
User Specific values are exactly what the name says - User Specific.
Each user sees a different value in the same column, and no user can access the values associated with any other user.
