Ok, I feel like this is a dumb question and I’m just missing something. But, I’m trying to add a call log to my CRM app and I can’t figure out how to add a sequence action onto a call, email, or sms. Where’s the option to do that?
You would want to click “Create new action”, use multiple modules like call + add row to log calls, if I understand you right.
No, the original component will only let you have existing options. In your case I would advise using a button, scroll down and you will find the action section.
