Link Submitted Form to Individual User

Hi,

After the user sign ups, they can submit a request form. The answers they provide are specific to them.

Is there a way to link the submission of that form to the individual user? I know that I can have the user update their profile, but this form is separate from their profile. As of now, the form requests that the user re-confirm their email, so that the form submission can be matched to the specific email on the back end, but it would be great if the submission of the form automatically linked to that specific user. Please advise if this is possible.

Have you tried sending their email/rowID as a field in the destination table?
