Hello I kindly ask for your human part and ask for a refound as I have deleted my team some days ago and was chargued today with a monthly fee, I haven’t used glide anymore since I deleted my team and I got chargued today, the amount for my economic situation is A LOT, as some members of my family are going trough some health problems, every penny counts, and I was counting on this money to pay for medicine and now… I won’t be able to buy it and this is potentially putting the life of my beloved ones on danger, PLEASE. I might come back later to your services but for now I need your human part to help me save my family
If possible, please do prompt me to where can I submit a ticket for this issue, since my account was already deleted and I got charged afterwards, thank you I appreciate your help a lot.

Be sure to give them as much information as possible - at least the name of the team that was deleted and the email address of the team owner.
Note that Community mods have also notified Glide Support about your issue, and they may reach out by email. Is the email associated with your Community account the same one that was the owner of your deleted team?

That is a very bad situation I would also suggest opening a dispute with your bank because you were charged after cancellation and it wasn’t authorised if Glide takes too long to reply..

As of now Marcel was kind enoguh to get in touch with me, I’m still at the same situation and for now I sent him all the information I could, hopefully this get solved and will update here so that everyone see Glide has a human side on their company, thanks to everyone in advance.
