Hi. I’ve been going in circles with AI help and it won’t give me a human agent because it says I have a free plan. I’ve been paying $25 per month for the last four months and can’t get anyone to help me cancel. I don’t see a billing tab when I log in. I’m the only team member so I should be add in. AI help tells it can’t help me but it won’t give me human support because it says I’m have a free plan. I absolutely do not. Please help.

The Explorer plan only offers Community and AI support according to the pricing page.

The billing section should be in the bottom left corner of the team dashboard.

You should be able to Downgrade or Cancel your plan.
Have you gotten to that point?
