In trying to remove unused Teams within my account, it seems like I accidentally deleted my entire Glide account. I was on a paid subscription of $99 / month, had active applications that paying customers were using, but everything has simply disappeared without a trace.
I did get a response via a Glide Education Lead to say they could restore my account, but not the Teams.
My account is still inactive and I have had no further response from Glide support despite many efforts to contact them. Hence I’ve had to resort to this platform to ask for help.
Is there anyway that I can get my Glide Account and apps restored? In a world where we have backups of backups and where most things just get disabled and not actually deleted I cannot believe that my account and everything associated with it is gone for good with a single click.
I’ve just tried to retrace what I did and seems like I must have. My intention was to delete a team so I should have been here.
I find it quite odd that there are warnings here in deleting a Team that this is a “danger zone” and that “this action cannot be undone”, but with one’s account that supersedes all Teams there are no such warning signs.
I have subsequently had an official response to my ticket that this seems to be irreversible.
