I considered added this to the “report a bug” topic BUT it might be me!!
All the buttons that direct users off my app have always worked fine (website, social media, etc).
The moment I added a tally increment to the phone number and email address buttons, I now have this somewhat jarring pop up:
This does not however happen with the website button or booking button, which also have a “tally increment” action added to them. (so, solely an issue with phone and email)
As soon as I remove the action, the warning goes away.
Action is very straightforward:
Is there something I’m missing here?
What happens if you add a short wait action in between the other two actions?

I’ve never heard of that! Just looked for it on the actions but I don’t see it?
ps - i just noticed that the ‘increment number’ symbol changes from the 4 squares to the lighting bolt after I select it. Not sure if that means anything at all.
oh, you’re still using a Classic App, eh?
I don’t think that’s available in Classic Apps.
oh well, that was just a stab in the dark anyway, I’m not sure it would have made any difference.
No, that’s nothing to be concerned about.
Sorry, I’m not sure what might be causing the problem. Have you tested on different types of mobile devices? It would be good to know if it’s a device specific issue.
I would definitely test on iOS + Safari. On iPhone it may not work at all due to default popup blockers.

One workaround might be to split up the action with a confirmation dialogue… so when you press email… “Are you sure you want to send email? Yes or No”
You could increment when they first press email… send the email if press yes… and increment -1 if press no

Were you using the Send Email and Dial Phone actions without issue before adding the tally?
Yes! This time I was clicking on the website link (with tally)
