Issues with "updates" (SOLVED)

I get this prompt when trying to run an action containing the open ai intergration. But i can not have used up my “updates” since i have never used them before? 2500 Updates should be included in my plan (starter) Please help :smiley:
“Answer question: You exceeded your current quota, please check your plan and billing details.”
