Issue Verifying Custom Domain – DNS Records Fields Are Empty and Locked

I enter my domain name. and I get the next screen Add DNS records
I’m trying to verify my custom domain in Glide, but I’m running into an issue.
After I enter my domain name, I get to the screen where I’m supposed to add DNS records. However:

  • The section that should display the DNS records is completely empty.
  • When I click “Next,” I see the Host, Type, and Data headings, but no values are shown.
  • The fields are also locked, so I can’t input anything manually.
    Has anyone experienced this before? Is there something I’m missing, or is this a bug?

On which paid plan are you?
Custom domain is enabled starting from maker plan. If you are on explorer plan, this should not even allow you to see that screen. If this is the case, I am Pre pinging Glide team: @comm_support_agent

Can you share a screenshot from Step 1 please?

In my case, it turned out to be a temporary glitch on Glide’s side. Try refreshing or using a different browser. If it still doesn’t work, their support team is pretty responsive.

Thank you for the response. I’ve tried it but it doesn’t work. No their support team is slow to respond.
