Problem configuring custom domain

Hi, I’m trying to add my custom domain but when I go to configure I don’t see any DNS and host information to point my domain to Glide.

Could this be a bug?

In the starter plan I don’t have Glide support (something very silly in my opinion) it seems that it is a bug and they don’t even want to take care of it. If I can’t resolve this I will have to cancel my plan.


Have you already added the DNS zone records that would have been provided at Step 2?

I can’t add anything because no information comes out. This is supposed to be the part where I get the information, but it’s like it doesn’t exist. In step 1 I add the domain, then in step 2 and 3 nothing appears. It seems like a joke but it’s as if they forgot to write the info that goes there so I can finish the configuration.

That’s odd. I’ve never seen or heard of that happening before.
I wonder if it’s something specific to the custom domain you’re using.

Any videos for would help us to know how to connect.

I don’t think that’s necessary. It’s already covered quite comprehensively in the Glide Docs.
