Hi! small correction, I actually meant I had already brought it up in the help chat with support.
I’m currently unable to submit a template to the Template Store, and it’s blocking me from publishing new templates. Is there a fix planned or an ETA for resolving it?
So what has support told you about those issues? The best we can do here in the forum is flagging support again, usually we just tell people to open a ticket but you have done so already. Moderators here are mostly fellow users.
Thanks for the clarification. Support chat mentioned they’re aware of the issue and are looking into it, but I haven’t received a timeline yet. I just wanted to post here as well in case others have run into the same problem or found a workaround while it gets resolved.
