Is it possible to allow users to negate a Form submission based on information that is available only AFTER the form has been submitted?

So I cannot do it as part of assigning a payment to a payer? Once assigned, the User has to go to a different Tab if they want to do any editing?

You can also make a relation to show only assigments related to a user email and show it in the current tab via an inline list. Then users can go into each assignment and edit the item there.
