Info I enter into the App are not showing up on the Data Sheets

So Today only after Glide not working is that any info Myself or my employees enter go into the sheets after I submit?
Now If I enter it manually in Google sheets it shows in the app however when I try to add something it doesn’t . Any help would be appreciated thanks for talking the time.

Were you able to solve this? I am also facing the same since I put row owners. Did you also put row owners?

Sounds like row owners is doing its job. Have you watched the videos / read the docs? It’s a really powerful feature but is unforgiving (for all the right reasons)

I have two roles. Therapist and Clients. Therapist has to add their clients. Clients then complete their own onboarding the flows work accordingly. Below are the tables:


After the therapist clicks on add client, the form screen opens for my user tables and he adds the name and email. I have kept role and my therapist email as add column values to this item as client and user profile>email.

but when i refresh the table, role and my therapist email gets deleted. As you can see in row 4.

Yes - this is the very useful “Row Owners” feature working as expected.

Row 4 is greyed out because you have Row Owners set on “My Therapist Email”. If you paste the h***@gmail.com address into the My Therapist Email column on row 4 - it will show up.

Looks like you need to have a think how best to use Row Owners. You probably need an “Admin” role which can see all users

Row 4 is actually added by the h***@gmail.com only. And i had set column values in my therapist email for the same. But it gets erased out automatically. Not sure why.

As per all the docs - it is because you do not have the h***@gmail.com (insert full email address) in the"My Therapist Email" column

It doesn’t matter who creates the record - if you don’t add that email address in there - it will get greyed out.

Have you tried using the “View as” option in the data editor too? That could help you diagnose it
