I have a list of courses that I want to display in a choice field. I have this working fine.

I then want to create an IMPORTRANGE from a sheet that holds information about the selected course.

Is there a way to run the IMPORTRANGE based on an individual user-specific selection in the Course choice field?

If I don’t have a user-specific selection then two members of staff will not be able to look up course details simultaneously.

Is there a reason why you don’t have the course information in the same sheet you’re using?

Let’s say I choose course A, then I should only see info about course A, is that the flow you’re having?

It is in the same sheet - I just created the second sheet to get the UNIQUE course names and course ID.
