Hello everyone, I’m experiencing a problem with image upload in the last few days. It just stays stuck on “uploading image” and doesn’t do it. Any chance I ran out of space? If this is the case anyone knows how to access the folder where all the images are stored so I can make a backup. Thank you in advance.
Go to the usage dashboard in your team and check if you have busted your storage quota.
Hi, under the tab usage does not say anything about storage quota. However I was trying to upload an image from the glide editor and got a message that I reached the quota for this app. Do you know if there is a way to access the storage folder? Instead of downloading one picture at the time.
Thanks
Go to the billing tab.
There is no such folder. You will have to download each file manually or come up with some kind of external script to do it. If you want to free up space, you will need to remove any reference to those files from your tables.
There is also an outstanding bug where any duplicates of your app will also duplicate the storage used, even though the file is stored once.
It wasn’t fixed?
Nope.
Ok now I see the file storage quota, thanks
