anybody else having trouble with the image picker?
sometimes trying to upload a picture I get an “error” message
What is the format of the images you are trying to upload?
I don’t know. A client tried to upload the photo.
Can you get the most information you can please? It will help us understand your issue and try to figure if it is a real bug or something that we can fix together.
the client does not know. they tried to upload from their phone.

Can you check if your storage quota is busted?
If it’s iPhone, it might be HEIC. You can tell by the extension of the image URL.
Not that it is a problem, but you might want to try reproducing the problem.
no but this is not the 1st client that has had this issue.
