Hi guys! I’m making an app right now. I am on the free plan. I have already published the app and it is private and I am the only user. I am trying to change the Icon and the Logo but after I select the image that I want, it just says “loading” and it stays like that for minutes and doesn’t change. I have been trying to change them for a while now and i have already changed them once before this happened. If anyone from Glide or even someone who knows how to fix this please tell me. Thank you. One more thing, I can change the icon but it only changes if I select the Glide Emojis.

maybe also try to reload cookies and cache ands try again?
As you can see the where it says “Uploading…” is when I try to put an actual image. The others is just to show you that i can change with the emojis and it changes instantly. The logo just says “Carregar” which is “load” in portuguese and when I try to change the logo it says the same thing and nothing changes. I will try to reloa the cookies as you said.
What format and size is your image?
I’d recommend jpg or png, and about 250x250 pixels.
I tried both jpg and png. i have tried the same image with different sizes 1.58Mb and 25kb. They are 500x500 tho. I will try 250.
500x500 should be okay. The main thing is that it is a square. Are you able to share the image so that we can test with it?

Yes, in the browser. Empty your cache and delete all Glide related cookies. You’ll know if you’ve done it correctly because you’ll be signed out of Glide and will need to sign in again.
Another thing you can do is test in another browser.
And yet one more possibility is that you might have a browser extension that’s getting in the way.
