How does Glide detect spreadsheet columns?

I’m not sure what’s happening, or if I completely understand how you have your table set up, but I do know this…Glide recognizes frozen rows and treats them in a special way. I think this thread best explains it:

We recently made a change in how Glide recognizes row headers. Previously Glide would guess, but sometimes the guess was wrong, and the only thing to do was to change your sheet. Now Glide will interpret frozen rows to mean that the frozen rows are the header. In your About sheet you’ve frozen the header as well as the data row, however, so the data row is interpreted as the header, and the table is empty. Just unfreeze the rows, or use a single frozen row and you should be good.

This thread explains what I do when I put the arrayformula on a second row. I include an IF in the arrayformula so it returns a blank, but on on the second row, so glide will ignore it because the entire second row appears to be empty.

Hey Guys, I often use two rows for headers, where I use the first row as a header and the row below it to use for formulas, generally arrayformulas to apply to that column. The problem I often have is when using inline lists, the formula row appears as an empty entry on top of the others in the inline list. To fix this I often just apply a filter, normally to whatever row ID I am using and filter if it’s not empty. That works except if I want to apply any other filter. Is there a way to igno…
