Allow users to remove duplicated glide tables

As the owner of an application, I’m using the duplicate function on a regular basis as a backup tool and I’d like to be able to clean up the duplicated glide table references the same way that I do my duplicated spreadsheets periodically so that I don’t get confused and used an out of date reference and don’t have to hunt through hundreds of unused glide table references in the future.
