Hiding an element upon refresh

Hi,

I am trying to “refresh” a form container, and when doing so, hide some element to make this portal app work.

My question is how this can be achieved (same user)

So far, I can edit a custom workflow of the “configure action” of a “form container”, so how can I hide an element upon refresh of the tab?

Your help is most appreciated as I am stuck

Not exactly sure what you mean here but you could use visibility conditions in the user profile to show and hide elements in the form. When they submit a form you just set those user columns back to the default, or whatever values you need.

First of all, thank you for your answer.

Same user, the visibility options don’t really work for that!

How else can I hide some form element?

How can one “control” visibility? delay it? trigger it without using the simple “visibility” option, which only works for a single character

Sorry was working and just stepping out for a bit but will record a loom for you in a bit…unless someone else jumps in to help.

Thank you, @DarrenHumphries . How can I hide some form element for some user?

You can hide elements by pretty much anything you want; based on role, company, email or a variable that you are changing with actions. That’s what I’m showing in this loom.
