I have a scenario where I want to create two buttons: one to show what is currently in the field and then another button to hide it, thus being able to switch back and forth. Instead of just a “clear value” option, add one that says “hide”
So the second button would essentially be used to toggle the visibility of the first button?
Now that you asks, I thought of a way to make it work…set the field visibility to a check box, use the button to toggle true false…doh! 
But would be a little quicker to just have it as an option in the set columns I think, that way you don’t have to create a bunch of check boxes and go through those steps to set it up.

mmm, that’s more or less where I was heading with my question, but I didn’t want to make any assumptions
