Same here! I rely on my app to run my classroom. I’m in panic mode!
Same here, complete blank pages in production apps.
Same issues here. Several apps are down.
Is there a timeline for resolution?
Our one test app that uses Glide Tables works but ALL others use Google Sheets and are Dead! Go figure! Our clients are about to light up our phones this morning!
The team is investigating. Google Workspace is experiencing an issue that may be related.
My data will not load for several pages of the app. The Google sheet is correct, but the data on the app will not open. There is only a spinning arrow. Only two pages out of ten are showing on the live app.
I don’t use Google sheets in my Apps…
Same issue since today. Several apps are down.
My app loads but not the data. I have my app working for a couple of years now and suddenly this morning nothing loads (data) from Google sheet. Any problem with Glide service today?
So I am having the same issue… HAS anyone determined is this a GLIDE issue or GOOGLE sheets issue???
same problem here
This should now be resolved. If you continue to experience issues, please create a ticket with Glide Support.
Yep mine are working again. Thank you.
Just adding my two cents here: Same issue. Some sheets are syncing, some are not. All the glide tables appear to be synced/data available.
Not sure of the backend mechanisms of a “sync” in that one would think that data is “synched” and thus on the glide servers unless a change is made or requested, but that does not appear to be the case. The data is simply unavailable. Yet, for some sheets of the same google doc the data is available. There appears to be no redundancy of data on the glide side making large parts of the app unavailable as described: blank white pages.
This is a fairly critical work-stoppage level event and is clearly causing disruption for many folks. “Problems with sync” are one thing, complete unavailability are another. From a business continuity perspective it seems using any data in sheets is a bad idea. It’s easy to point fingers and say “it’s a google issue,” but this event is causing pause on the reliance of Glide for business, at least a rethinking of the data sources and app architecture.
Curious of others’ thoughts on this as I didn’t know it was possible to render the app useless because of a brief google outage. I know Big Data Tables had some issues not long ago, but it seems like best practice would be to store critical functions in Glide Tables and only minimally rely on Google Sheets data for non-critical aspects.
It’s working again. Thank you all!!
also confirmed back up and running. had to give it a few minutes after the Glide agent post. Thank you!
My apps are working normally now. Thanks!
