Google Sheet and App Not Synced

I have syncing issue between Google sheet and the app.
I added a new row in the sheet, but not reflected in the app.

You mean refreshing the data part inside the app? In this case, yes.

Scroll down on the left panel and click the “Reload sheet” button (the two arrows in a circle) on the bottom:
