Ha ha I see…He has a point. LC/NC platforms that change pricing model like this on a dime damage the rep
That’s 3 month IF/WHEN they choose to sunset legacy plans. Don’t confuse the wording. There are no immediate plans to sunset legacy plans.
This!

I’m building an investment app for stock screening. Got a couple of quick questions regarding the new Maker plan with unlimited users:
- Updates and Data Sync: My app will update stock values hourly, using Python to transform the data and send it to Google Sheets. How does Glide support auto-syncing, or is it a manual process?
- Maker Plan and Glide API: The Glide API would be ideal (write to Glide Table instead of Google Sheets), but unfortunately it’s not included in the Maker plan. Any suggestions for handling this within the plan’s limits?
Thanks!
That’s a good callout. I agree, the API would be ideal, and it makes sense for the Maker plan. I’ll pass this back to the team for follow up.
if I have a very simple app that only sends notifications to my users about an event and nothing else… do I have to pay $8 per user (after the first 20) just because they logged into my app and registered their personal data (email, phone, name)?
Hi @NoCodeAndy… Can my existing business version app for client be accessed by more than 20 users with their personal emails? They don’t have corporate emails yet.
Hi! I have noticed that some integrations are still listed as available for a Free plan, including Open AI. Without access to purchase paid type of updates, how are they going to work? Am I missing something?
If they sign into the app, yes. Anything over 20 will be considered an “active user” for that month. If they never sign into the app again, then they won’t be considered active users for subsequent months and you won’t be charged for these users.
However, this begs the question, how often are these users signing into your app? Often?
Yes, but you’ll be charged for any user over 20 users.
Are you viewing these integrations in a team with a legacy plan?
Wouldn’t that only apply if they upgrade to a new Business Plan?
Existing plans are grandfathered, so they should retain all their current user/usage limits, no?
True. I may have misread his post thinking that he was asking what would happen if he migrated to a new plan.
Existing (now Legacy) Business plan = 100 private users.
Thanks for your response
Looking at the listed integrations under the description to New Pricing. https://www.glideapps.com/integrations
Hm…this doesn’t look right. I’ll inquire.
Glide’s mission is to put the power, beauty, and magic of software development into the hands of a billion hundred thousand new creators
In the YouTube video comments are turned off to avoid the flack push back from this move…whenever comments are turned off the silence always says more than the comments ever would.
Anyone can confirm on this. Bit confused with this
