Glide Freezes Everday 7am Sydney Time

Our customers have identified a weird Glide issue. We’ve verified it on our end [with this video.]


As you can see in the video. Everyday at 7am Sydney time the app becomes unresponsive and you have to totally exit it and then restart it to make it work.

You can also see how slow the app is to restart.

Can you please raise this issue with your tech team to resolve? And make the app snappier in Australia?


Just an FYI, that the engineers are looking into this issue. It’s going to take some time to reproduce, since it’s time based and apparently only happens once per day, but they are aware and will be actively working on it.
