Daniel, do you use Airtable as your database, but then Glide for user accounts?

You should be able to set an Airtable table as your User’s table–we don’t prevent this.

Have these users signed into your app before, using anonymous emails? If so, then they already have user profile rows.
Update on this: The support team confirmed that this is a bug on their end, so will wait until this is fixed.

Confirm. There is still this issue! Absolutely insane. Is anybody working on this? We need to collect emails when our clients use gmail to sign up. That’s not possible! Please fix this guys. @david @Jeff_Hager
I’ve the same issue @Jeff_Hager ! I’ve tried to delete user data (my gmail email) but the popup alert says :
“User still has a profile
That user still has a row in the user profile table. Please delete that row first, then try again”
So I go to the Glide Users table but I can’t find my gmail email row. But also, even if I did, I see no button Delete to delete a row in Glide Table. How come?
I don’t work for Glide, so there is nothing that I can fix personally. All I can say is to make sure your user profiles are configured correctly.
Do you have any anonymous emails in your user table that may be linked to the user you are trying to delete?
You use the Delete key on your keyboard. Select the rows you want to delete by clicking the checkbox for each row…then simply hit the Delete key in your keyboard.
