FIltering choice component from Screen Value

I am not sure if this is a bug or what. I am trying to filter the choice component values from a lookup (single lookup) value from screen, but its actually not working.

When I am using the same method in another place, except that the value is text column instead of lookup, it works great. Am I doing something wrong?

As per configuration, it should not show LT and GAL since the value is Dry in attached screenshot

That does look like a bug to me.

I tested with the same data as you, and a choice component on details screen works, but a form container does not.
