I get this error in my apps at least once per day.
I have under 10,000 spreadsheet rows across many tables so no one table is more than a few thousand rows.
Anyways, I was wondering what the actual impact of getting this error is. It sounds bad but what does it mean?
I visited the Support Centre but Fin couldn’t tell me how to avoid this (none of the causes Fin suggested applied). I’d love to not see it anymore but it’s a bit of a black box rn.
but what actually happens to my data when I see this error? Glide refreshes which takes like 10 seconds, then what? Maybe the copy isn’t helpful as it sounds like my computer is going to self-destruct, but if it’s just a browser refresh of the builder then just say that.
Also it’s a poor experience right? I’m well under the row limits for spreadsheet rows and my plan. Yet I get an error that seems to be associated with having a large number of rows. Glide can’t handle < 50% spreadsheet row usage / 10% of plan usage without throwing an error a few times a day?
Even the ‘Close’ label isn’t helpful. I’m closing the dialogue box, but maybe ‘Reload’ is more accurate in terms of telling me what will happen when I click the button.
