I noticed Glide is not sending email to users on my app even though I am on a paid plan, I need help on resolving this issue
Since when is it happening?
Are you talking about the send mail action (not gmail or Microsoft)?
What is the domain destination, is it an enterprise or free email provider domain like Gmail?
If free: Did you check your spam?
If enterprise: ask the IT department if their spam filter is blocking the email or the appuser.io domain.
There is an active incident with mail sending at the moment.
