Error. App is not being transfered to another team

I can’t transfer the application to another team, it gives the error “There is an error with payments in this team”
in that group we have a partner profile.

Account A is paid for Maker plan, account B is on Agency plan.

Also: Are you trying to transfer from the Agency plan to Maker, or from the Maker to Agency?
