Agency Plan Activated, But App Transfer Is Restricted

Hello,

After completing my Glide certifications, I contacted the relevant Glide team today and successfully activated my Agency plan, including all payment and account details.

However, when I try to transfer apps from another paid account to my Agency account, I receive an error, and the transfer is not allowed. We have developed several apps in our other paid account, and now that we have the Agency plan, we would like to bring those apps into our Agency workspace. Unfortunately, the system is preventing us from doing so.

You won’t be able to transfer apps in the agency app while it is on trial.

One more question: As part of the Agency plan, when we create a new team for a client, it appears to be set up as a Business plan by default. Is there a way to select or switch it to a Maker plan instead? Most of our clients will be using the Maker plan, so we’d prefer to assign that by default when setting up their teams or atleast we should be able to change the plan manually.

No you can’t unfortunately. But the client will be able to downgrade after the trial. Noe that only apps from agency team can be transfer in a trial team.
