I am not able to use the delete key on my Macbook to remove the first character of the default email address in the Preview As dialog. Here is a video of the issue. I added those letters then kept hitting the delete key but when I got to the last character “h” it wouldn’t delete it. I had to do a Shift-Cmd-Left Arrow to highlight the h, and then I did a copy from the clipboard. Maybe the validation of that entry field does not allow blanks so it won’t let it be blank. I seem to recall having this kind of issue with validation in a past programming life.

I feel like I’ve seen that in a couple spots. If you are right with the validation, maybe a modal or popup edit on blur would be better.
