I would like to give a glideapps application for free (not just sharing the board but all the application). Is it possible ?

Yes it is possible. In the Glide Editor settings for your app, under Sharing, check off the box that says “Allow anyone with the link to copy the app and sheet”. This will let people access your app and then copy it to their Glide account.
