Starting this thread so there can be some source of update from Glide, though it is seemingly a known issue.
The DocsAutomator integration is down for us across the board, generating a “pgbouncer cannot connect to server.” error when attempting to generate a document. We use this for critical business operations which will be starting in about 2 hours.
@Rupert has already proactively reached out to his users about this. The Glide status page is not reporting this issue, so I’m hoping that could be at least updated so people get alerts before their users reach out.
