Description
All rows generate this error: “pgbouncer cannot connect to server”. I have tried creating brand new columns, sourcing data from different columns, but this error message persists.
How to replicate
Create an AI Generate Text column. Persistent spinning load icon or error is either “Please provide message” for empty data or “pgbouncer cannot connect to server” or “query_wait_timeout”. Happens for any of the 3 models.
Same for me in ALL apps, system can be considered as “down”, desasterous bug!!

Is that maybe related to paid plas? I am working with NGO enterprise, so it is a paid plan and AI functioned correctly untintil few hours ago! AI support expert answered as follows:

Are you kidding? AI connection unavailable = apps are down = minor incident?
This status report indicates delay, we all have apps down due to lack Of AI connection!
Apology from my side. They are kidding, not you! Also: incident description is generic one and not specific to AI. In addition it is described as “delay”. Six hours delay?
I addition, their AI “support” tries to convince me that it is due to my OpenAI quota, unaware of this incident, due to poor incident description.
I general, Glide has the problem with users’ support: approach “This is the feature, not a bug” prevails. When this glitch occurred I few seconds all developers using AI services in their apps should be proactively noticed!
