Just had an error with DocsAutomator. PDF generated via DocsAutomator App integration.

History on DocsAutomator return “Succes”
History in Glide retur “Error”
How to replicate
I retried running same workflow with same data (no changes) and got succes in both Glide and DocsAutomator.
Dono how to replicate. Maby its possible to see where problem was with Run ID?

Hi @Danny_Nielsen, indeed a weird error. I feel this is something for Glide to look into. As you’ve seen already, the document was generated successfully by DocsAutomator. Please let me know what you find out

Yeah, im guessing is an API problem (on Glides end / receiving)

Someone else reported the same behaviour today. Apparently this happens when a user navigates away before the document is created. Would that be possible in your case?
Thanks for following up. Maby, but dont know, not sure how the user behaved.
