DocsAutomator Integration Down

Starting this thread so there can be some source of update from Glide, though it is seemingly a known issue. The DocsAutomator integration is down for us across the board, generating a “pgbouncer cannot connect to server.” error when attempting to generate a document. We use this for critical business operations which will be starting in about 2 hours. @Rupert has already proactively reached out to his users about this. The Glide status page is not reporting this issue, so I’m hoping that coul…
